Ono Hawaiian BBQ

It was ok but like most places it was over priced and the portions had shrink dramatically

Ono Hawaiian BBQ is one of my favorite food chains. With its amazing bbq and seafood options. I have always been a fan. A must try for anyone who enjoys something a little different. The macaroni is a must try. Be sure to check out the ribs and bbq chicken. It is absolutely delish!

I love this place. Today was especially good. Whomever was cooking the food today 1/14/2024 at about 2:30pm did an excellent job. The meat is so tender and flavorful. The portions were really good as well. Thank you!

I was disappointed with the service at Ono. Ive had other Hawaiian locations but first time at West Co. It wasn’t that busy but service was slow. Of course the standard “help wanted” sign was on the door which told you as with many other food places, service is slow. It took exactly 19 minutes to get my food. Not necessarily la k of employees but lack of effort. We know employees are not performing brain surgery but as consumers, we just want our food hot and fairly quickly. If we see that employees are jumping and trying to make it happen, we understand and will wait. What we don’t like is your butt leaning and employees looking at their phone. Get organized and get the orders out. Food was just ok, service slow.

Just walked in and ordered 2 plates of food & only got one. They are closed now so can't go back
