Came by around 7:30 because I am in town for March Madness and I heard great things about this place especially as someone who is gluten free! Unfortunately it was closed and there was nobody there/nothing on Google or social media. I would love to come back and try it out but feeling a little discouraged. The reviews look great & so does the menu but hard for me to plan when the hours listed don’t seem to be accurate.
Online it says open until 8pm on Thursdays, showed up at 7pm and doors were locked. No posts on social media or sign on the door. Can’t give a good review if this business can’t commit to operating hours.
This is about Stephen. First we don’t get greeted then we get rudely asked for our IDs(which I don’t have an issue with being asked for it, it was the way he rudely asked), once he checks them, he walked away without helping us and proceeded to ignore Us. To top it off doesn’t face us/ make eye contact or show any customer service at all. After we had been ready to order he continued to ignore us and leave the bar area. It was very disappointing to experience this because this is one of our favorite places to go. Makes me not want to come back since we were treated so badly.
I've been wanting to go here for a while now. A whole lotta ciders to choose from and a couple of local craft beers as well. One Tree has a really good reputation for outstanding ciders, and it is well earned. Went with a flight of ciders and a pint of Tiger Bite(really spicy, not my favorite). Chill spot in the brewery district, plenty of space to hang out, and a bunch of games to keep you entertained. I really like this spot!
Great cider and awesome pizza!
Lots of yummy cider options, food, and great atmosphere.
Showd up over 3 hours hours before close, see people drinking inside, am a told they are closed. This is 3:50 pm a Sunday. No reason given. I was meeting my best friends for my birthday dinner and chose here. Really disappointing.
Huckleberry and Mojito Cider....the Best. The place was a little hard to find but we managed. Definitely will be back!
I want to preface this 1 star review by saying this place used to be good. I went every week for Wednesday pizza and cider date night and it was the BEST deal in town. Best pizza too. Then the owners decided a single operating partner was more important than their entire staff because they had a staff walkout. The owners hired new folks in front and kitchen and ultimately the experience has been night and day. No one seems to care about the experience and while the cider is still great the pizza is the worst thing I’ve experienced in a long time. I remember having better pizza in the public school cafeteria I visited for middle school. Order the cider from Costco. Skip the rest.
