One Kew Road

This is a nice place to eat in Richmond. The food is always well cooked and presented. Unfortunately on the day we visited the waitress was either new or not interested. We had to ask 3 times for water. When I asked for oil and vinegar for my salad she said they don't have any. When I challenged her she went away, talked to someone and came back with balsamic and olive oil. I do believe this was a one of occasion as I have eaten here in the past pre and post theatre or cinema

Atmosphere, vibe, food and service was all superb! Dietary restrictions: Allergies were taken into consideration and reassurance given Kid-friendliness: Very accommodating

Lovely ambience and staff for our Sunday visit for our roast, the trio roast was plentiful and tasty! the gravy bring bottomless, Yorkie and the beef making the dish! The cauliflower as extra was a must too! If I could change anything, it would only of been the stuffing and chicken to be off the bone, but again personal preference! Shall definitely return especially now knowing they have live jazz second Sundays of the month!

We went to this restaurant for Mother’s Day. I must say I am the fussiest person alive to impress when it comes to food I will always find something wrong BUT I was so inspired with the food,service,and the staff. I would recommend this place to anyone you would be an idiot not to go there. I am a very big eater but I couldn’t finish all my food In my opinion this is a 10 out of 10 restaurant Thank you so much for making our experience so special

My two girlfriends are I had dinner there last Thursday after work. From the minute we walked in we were greeted by smiling faces and warmth. Every person serving us seem kind, warm and friendly, they couldn’t be more helpful and informative. The general vibe was lovely and that’s definitely down to the people who work there. Wonderful energy. Food was delicious too x

Amazing service from a young man behind the bar with long hair down to his shoulders. I did not get his name.

The location is excellent, the interior and ambience are just right, the staff are excellent and the food is delicious and plentiful - I cannot think of anything that would improve One Kew Road

The service was great for sure, however the food was not exactly great. We ordered a pasta (linguine) which did not taste great or even right. Also got a chicken burger and the burger tasted very dry which is odd for a buttermilk chicken burger. The mac and cheese did not exactly have any textures or flavour to it, felt like baked pasta and tasted very bland. Overall a 2/10 experience and the 2 is purely due to the service otherwise was not a experience worth having.

Excellent service, amazing food really enjoyed our visit.
