Trattoria One Fifth by Chef Marc Forgione’s | Italian Restaurant

Named for its iconic address overlooking Washington Square Park, Trattoria One Fifth is the latest project from Marc Forgione’s Respect Hospitality. One of NYC’s Best Italian Restaurants, Trattoria One Fifth takes its seasonal cues from the neighboring Union Square Greenmarket and is grounded in Italian classics. The menu consists of antipasti, housemade pastas, artisanal pizzas, shareable entrees, and a rotating selection of seasonal vegetables. The Trattoria One Fifth wine list contains a large selection of some of the most iconic and up and coming Italian and American wine producers. Cocktails are grounded in classics with an Italian twist.
