Once Upon A Grill

Just happened to walk in. Place almost full. Service was great . Food was good and fresh...steak and eggs with steamed broccoli....

I ordered a carne asada kn Uber Eats at this place and this would be the second time they did not include salsa with the food. The best part of mexican food is the salsa how do you keep forgetting it. Absolutely unacceptable for it to happen twice.

I have heard a lot of good things about this place but my steak and eggs breakfast was not good. Meat was very seasoned , way too much to the point where it was not tasty. I left half of it. I'll be back to try other dishes just because many people have said good things about this place and they can't be that wrong, can they? The staff was friendly .

Door dash messed up my location but the people at once upon a grill made me the same order without charge. So nice and great food. Very understanding.

Excellent lunch. Salami sandwich was really good and loaded with salami. Potato sad was too sweet for me. Omelets are great. Will have to go back.

Cafeteria style ordering. Excellent food at fast food prices

Halfway through my matzo ball soup, I saw a hair floating near the surface. I went to pull it out but as I kept pulling, a clump of hair was revealed, not just the one hair. When I called in, they gave me the option of getting a new soup or taking a credit. I wanted a refund, but they claimed that “the system wouldn’t let them.” Neither option works for me - I certainly don’t want more of the soup and I don’t see myself going back there after this experience.
