On the Border Mexican Grill & Cantina

All was great EXCEPT I asked the server why the drink Borderita had a limit of 2. She laughed and said because it had allot of alcohol in it. Challenge accepted. VERY DISAPPOINTED. Not even a buzz and at &10.79 a drink, it’ll be just food from now on, no drinks. Shame on you for advertising this

Save your money! This is nothing but a hotel kitchen that heats things up via microwaves & ovens; no cooking involved. While the food was edible, it was basically nasty. No one finished their food, including the desserts. This is the place a drunk will go to feed their hangover. Run, don’t walk, to a better, REAL restaurant!

Good, but not the best Mexican food I have ever had

Had wonderful dinner tonight! Addy was a great server!! We had table side made guacamole! Excellent! We had the birria tacos for the entree and tres leche for dessert! This has been the best meal we have had in south padre! Thank you Addy! You provided wonderful service and wonderfull food!! Thanks for the gluten free menu and being so attentive to the person with the gluten allergy.
