On The Border Mexican Grill & Cantina

Dirty bathrooms, angry faces on staff, bad services, cold food! Restaurant was empty and had to wait like it was full for everything.

Trash! Service was a joke! Food was old and either cooked to death (chicken) or still raw (rice and veg). No Manager no one cared. In the future if you pull into a restaurant at 7pm on a Friday and it's empty! Just leave!

Where to start....... the restaurant was less than half full at arrival on a Friday evening... but we still had a "10 minute" in reality a 25 minute wait. Once we were seated at our dirty table, we got to enjoy some great scenery through dinner (see pics). One of our orders was put in wrong, the replacement was piping hot (straight out of the microwave), this had potential to be the highlight, but after removing from the microwave they clearly forgot the pico and guac. Everyone else's dish was lukewarm at best. I'd highly recommend the establishment invest in extra microwaves. We also got the pleasure of being charged for the original and replacement meal (see receipt). Overall probably the worst On The Border I have EVER been to. I'd avoid unless you're just going to the bar to drink.

1st timer and oh my goodness we had the steak fajitas and the big bordurrito. Both were spot on. . Our waitress I believe was marrisa she was so sweet and knowledgeable... loved it we will definitely be back

I used to love On the Border.. Not sure what has happened but the last few times I have gone here it has been subpar at best. The food comes out room temperature if you’re lucky. We got there 15 min after they opened and my food still came out barely room temperature. I don’t recommend this place. Go to Abuelo’s they are way better.

Big S/O to the entire staff here. Great job serving our girls after a long day. They did everything right and the food was very good. Everybody was very happy. We all recommend the fajitas and the chips and salsa. Thank you again Border.

Absolutely terrible... horible service from employees that must hate their jobs and life .. slowest ,most careless employees .I would rather eat a homeless guys toe nails then ever step inside this shack

We are repeat customers. Service was fine but food was cold and the ends of the enchiladas were dry and brittle. Margaritas were wonderful!
