On Tap Medina

After an long work day I stopped at on tap. I ordered an avacodo chicken sandwich with fries to go. When i got home 20 minutes later, I took s bite of my sandwich only to discover there was no chicken or avocado on my sandwich and the fries were cold and soggy. I called the manager to see how he/she would handle this. She told me I could come back to get a refund. She didn’t offer to comp my next meal. She didn’t offer to try to wave the charges over the phone. I was offered to come back so they could fix me a new chicken sandwich. Ideally one with chicken. Pretty weak response on their part.

A real nice place to get good food & drinks. Sat at the bar & the bartender was so nice & attentive. Food was really good too. We had lots of appetizers to share. The Greek platter, Truffle Fries, chicken wings & Sauerkraut balls. Everything was delicious!! A great girls night out!!

2/10. I got the French dip and my Fiancé got the prime rib melt. Both tasted like nothing and the au jus was just greasy water with a piece of meat floating in it. I'd rather have Arby's. Our waitress Samantha was stellar. Don't recommend the food though

A great vibe walking up to the restaurant and the inside feels like beautiful resort bar. A feeling of vacation for a few hours. This was a great find that will be a regular. Highly recommend the Blue Burger and suggest sitting at the bar if you can, the bartenders are amazing.

A good selection on menu items and the beer selection was very good. Sat at the bar and it was good service and an all around good time. Great place to stop and have a bite and a beer for lunch or dinner.

1/3 to 1/2 pound burgers. Mound of fresh cut fries. Specials each day of week. Large restaurant with outdoor seating. Most of the malls parking was in the restaurant they were on a wait by 6pm. Corey our server was prompt friendly and thorough. They have other locations. Felt like a valued customer and it was our first time there.

We went to "on tap" to try for the first time..i got the blt. When it came it was all...LT there was 3 pieces of bacon. When I told the waitress to very the mngr. The Mngr. Said that the sandwich is not made that way. Usually it's loaded with bacon.. But.. We left and never returned again. Looks like a good place for drinks and apps. Someday.

A fun place for a Saturday night out! Very Good Burgers, the guys enjoyed the wings and the drink are very reasonable! Service was good, people were friendly, we'll definitely be stopping again soon!!

1st there is a car lot where the old place was. Nice bar/restaurant,nothing fancy. I use to go there often for the calamari dinner. This is my 1st time at the new place up the hill from where they use to be. Nice big open modern almost chain like sports bar. Nice "enclosed outside bar" area also. Bet its great in the summer. I ordered the clam strip dinner. Man did they fry the hell out of the clams! They were way over cooked & they have way to much of a heavy breading on them. I've never seen anything like these & I hope never again!The fries were good but luke warm. Cole slaw was good,creamy not dry. Overall it's probably a nice place to go with friend & watch a game or hang out for wings & beers. 2-20-16

A very friendly and clean place to take my family to eat. Wide variety on the menu and everything we ordered was delicious! Definitely will come back again!
