From Humble Beginnings Established in 1952. The landmark in Lowell’s Acre neighborhood was founded in October of 1952, by Socrates and Kiki Tingas & Kiki’s brother and sister-in-law, Peter and Barbara Cocalis. Now the cousins, Arthur Tingas & Konstantinos Cocalis, oversee the day to day operations and continue to provide the Greater Merrimack Valley with fresh ingredients & the best in Greek cuisine. The Olympia Restaurant is the oldest restaurant in Lowell, Massachusetts owned and operated by the same family at the same historic location.
