Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

Delicious entrees last night. Everything was very fresh! Service from Alyssa A was a little odd though. It's not that she wasn't friendly. My daughter is vegan and asked for salad to have no dairy in it. i.e.: no cheese, no dressing, no croutons. Shared salad comes out as requested. My regular dressing is on the side, which is fine. But no croutons. I'm not vegan and would have liked some croutons. They weren't even offered. Olive Garden signature bread ( that is vegan) was never even mentioned. Was taking a while for our entrees to come out so we asked two different times about bread. We were both hungry. Where are the yummy bread sticks? Was told the first time that it was in the oven. A few minutes later we asked a second time and was told that it was still in the oven. Finally received our entrees from a different server. Bread is finally brought out shortly after that by Alyssa and we have two pieces. TWO pieces of bread!! We have eaten here many times and have never had a server bring out two pieces of bread. WtH? Thought that was totally skimpy and we bothered wondered why? We let it go since we both had pasta dishes. We certainly didn't need it. Alyssa asked if we wanted more salad. Yeah, since we never got our bread. Lol! She never brought more salad. Not a huge deal. After our meal, I was using my Birthday email coupon for my complimentary dessert. Showed the server my coupon on my phone. She wanted to know when my Birthday was. That she didn't have her contacts in to see the coupon. Why did she need to know that? Just weird. Did she not trust that it was my Birthday recently? I certainly wouldn't have asked for a complimentary dessert otherwise! We were given two To GO boxes for our entrees that we couldn't finish. My daughter asked for some bread to take home and server said, "sure". Brings out about 6 pieces of To Go bread. What in the heck??! Where was the bread earlier? Good food but very odd service! Sorry, my tip reflected it too.

Absolutely wonerful experience, both the food and service are excellent! They have great managers, and food service professionals, and it shows in how well the restaurant is run. The GM Naomi is also extremely kind and hardworking. This is a great restaurant to come enjoy tasty meals with your family and friends. 5 out of 5 stars! The luncheon soup and salad was very good, and the service equally superb.

We had a large group tonight and our servers Chance and Alondra did an AMAZING job taking great care of us!!!! They totally went above and beyond!!! Best servers ever!!!! They helped make our meal perfect! Thank you so much!!! Kid-friendliness: They had great kids menu!
