Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

10/28/24 The absolute worst place ever . Went for a celebration of 30 ppl and we waited over 30 min to be seated on a slow Monday . Sat down waitress were good but the food service was AWFUL! we waited for over 35 min for food 1/2 table had breadsticks and water no food . After 30 to 40 min i asked for the manager . The manager give me nothing but excuses and no apology nothing . Poor management is definitely a problem at this location . It been over 2 years since I stil by and now I see why. This place needs new management and new cooks. We were the only ppl in the restaurant after 8 and they were soo slow . a total Mess

Soup salad and bread sticks are still a great deal. This location always has good service.

We usually order carry out from here, and it's always a 50/50 shot if the food comes out tasting good. Just recently, our pasta and steak were overcooked and bland tasting. The bread sticks are amazing though, as always!

The server was good but got my order wrong. but the food was great!

Went for my sons birthday. Horrible service, didn't refill our soup, breadsticks, or drinks. Left soup bowls on our table during main course. Had to wait for everything. Server said they would come out with cake & sing & ended up paying & leaving before cake arrived.

Tonight's trip was probably the worst that we have experienced at this location. Our waitress was a sweetheart, but everything else was lacking. We opted for the East Pointe location over Warren (...because well, it's never been very good there). First, we were sat in the darkest corner of the restaurant. I couldn't even read the menu, so we asked to move into a brighter area, in which they obliged. We ordered our appetizers, and drinks, which came fairly quickly. The beers we ordered tasted extremely off, so we asked for a different draft. On to the food; pretty simple order: seafood alfredo, 6oz sirloin & rigatoni with meat sauce. 20-ish minutes later, the waitress brings my daughter's dish. Then our replacement drinks show up some time after that...they still tastes as if it was outdated... BUT, We were still waiting for our entrées. More time passes (easily another 20 minutes) and our kid has finished her meal, and my husband and I have yet to receive our food. We decided enough was enough. We left the restaurant, spending $60 on 2 skunky beers, 4 bread sticks, a half eaten soggy salad, and one pasta dish. Extremely disappointed.

The Olive Garden is one our family's favorite restaurants. The unlimited soup, salad & breadsticks are usually my go to for lunch. My grandmother loves their shrimp frito misto. I can't remember the name of my favorite soup there but it's the Italian soup with the potatoes in it. Their desserts are also really good especially the tiramisu. The service is always good here and I highly recommend you giving them a try.

My husband and I had a wonderful time tonight at one of our very well-loved haunts. Tonight in particular, was amazing, thanks to our server, J.J. He was kind, fun, so very accommodating of our quirks(like my love of fresh grated cheese) and had a wonderful sense of humor; all of which enhanced the excellent attentive service he provided to us. Our first date night in months was so memorable because of him...we wish we could have given him a 1000% tip!

Server was awesome, food was great. I like this location.

With the climate of the world today, ordering out is rare. But when I do order out, I expect better food. The breadsticks were hard and old as if they sat there all day before I got there to pick up my order. The soup was basically broth. It really didn’t have anything in it and doesn’t look like the soup. I usually get from Olive Garden. I have another soup that’s not pictured with the same issue, but my son decided to eat it because he was hungry.

It was a great experience food was great service excellent I loved our Dinner !

The food was obviously microwaved. The salad was excellent and the bread rolls are always great. The service was okay at best.

Today the food was delicious... Everything was cooked just right .. the portion was great .. I had lost faith in olive garden for a while .. but today they won me back

Dreadfully slow service. I've seen congress work quicker than this place. Appalling.
