Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

Came in around 1:30 for late lunch in which it was fairly empty with lots of waiters. We were seated & served water right away but 25 min have passed and the server never came back. All of them were just standing around the front w/ the manager talking. We had requested service through the kiosk on the table & we were still ignored I decided to mention to the manager & staff at the front. The employees apologized but the manager didn’t seem to care. He just continued talking to the employees this used to be the best location but now it seems that all locations have gone downhill. What a shame.

Shawn in the TO-GO, he is prompt and on his job! I LOVE IT!!! Definitely if you do a to-go ask to see if he’s working! And Bre took my order and it’s rare for my order to be correct, I’ve gotten used to it! BUT BRE GOT MY ORDER RIGHT! I was soooooooooo happy! Lol! I love this location more and more! Whose ever managing this location KIDDOS!!! Cause your team is tight! It’s a well establishment and creates the OG experience I had as a kid! Good job! Omg!! REQUEST KAYLEE!! Full time college student, great server!! Very attentive! Very customer service ready! She has a great personality, friendly, helpful! Definitely made my experience a 5 star experience! Food was excellent!! I do miss the old days when you walked in and the salad is served immediately.

The portions are too big but good. Prices match the portions

This kid kept winking at me it was soooo weird

I like it in general but I don't like the shrimp or Alfredo.
