I asked the young girl assistant if it was definitely soda bread , that I asked for, ., she picked the loaf up and said yes, 3 times she said yes . I paid £4.95, gave it to my friend visiting from Ireland, it was sourdough. I was absolutely so upset . Terrible knowledge from staff . Bitterly disappointed.

Just met a lovely member of staff, Maria, who works very hard, and always has a beautiful smile on her face.. she is so friendly and cannot thank her enough for making my day with her kind smile, a very warm smile and super hard working individual. Thank you Maria. The place is nice and relaxed atmosphere, with great staff. Best of all though, is their staff, Maria.

What a great spot! Good coffee and good food—I especially loved the rye bread. I got a little pastrami sandwich and it hit the spot. A staff member also let me try the chicken salad open face sandwich which VERY yummy. Good vibes all around. :)

Nice people serving but the ambiance is not relaxed and the food we had looked good but didn't taste great

Today i visited Ole & Steen Richmond for the first time. I was recommended to try their easter social and it was so delicious. I was served by Ankita who was very welcoming and well spoken will go back to this bakery again.

What a beautiful atmosphere to walk into! I met a lovely lady name Ankita, her personality and sense of humour is top tier!!! I will return

I visit the Ole & Steen in Richmond every week. I absolutely love the food, the people and the warm atmosphere. The Danish pastries are always baked to perfection, and everything that I have tried is delicious. Victoria, Ankeeta and the team are always so lovely, kind and welcoming. It is often the highlight of my week to stop by this beautiful cafe.
