We went with a group of 27 about 11pm on a Saturday. They were very accommodating and the service was great!
Service was fairly good but the kitchen Service was way under par and the food wasn't that great at all. We asked the waitress for the Chicago cheesesteak to be cooked a little more so what did the kitchen do, ran it through the oven cyle again and burned it. Who would do something like that? It also took foreso their kitchen priory was not correcting food that already came out that was wrong. There should have been no excuse since we were there late night to eat and over half of the seats were empty. No offer to comp anything. No manager came out to apologize. Just our waitress trying to apologize profusely for the terrible kitchen service. I probably won't be going back here for awhile. It was sad.
Have been coming here while on business trips for 10 years, but haven't been for a year and a half now. Food has always been spot on. Went on 7/20/24 and had a pizza for dinner. Hoping it was just a bad night or a fluke, but the pizza wasn't nearly as good as I had remembered. Crust was pretty soggy and toppings slid right off when picking up a slice. Have to admit that the bar service was good. Might have to remove Old Chicago from my rotation when I visit.
Took over 15 minutes for a sever to come to our table and greet us, she was super rude and very unfriendly. No apology for making us wait even though the restaurant isn't even a 1/3 of the way full. We were served cold food as well.
