The closest OC to us now as the franchise is shrinking rapidly.
The food and service was great. But where we were seated it was the exception . The floor beneath our table was SOOOOOO STICKY! OUR SHOE'S WERE STUCK TO THE FLOOR!!! We had to ask for a glass of water to wash the bottoms of our shoes! They were stuck to the floor along with stuck on napkins! We felt really bad for our server. You could definitely tell the floor had been STICKY for a few days! This business should just hire an actual cleaning crew. This is definitely unacceptable!
Service was real good. For some reason they were out of kids menus which I thought was odd. They did do a good job of accommodating my kids by ordering off the kids menu they had online. The spaghetti my kid had was very good (way better than my dish). I had a meatball sub and the meatballs seemed like they were either microwaved or way overcooked (half of them were very hard on the edges…were not great to eat so ended only eating the centers of them which were at least somewhat soft). The bread was like one of the other reviews on here…very crispy and not very tasteful in that state. I should’ve gotten the spaghetti or tried a pizza. I’m betting their pizza is better since they should specialize in that.
Stopped in today to finish my mini tour. Ordered the pretzel bites. Highly recommend. The cheese sauce is to die for.
Love the wings and ice cold beer.
I ordered an Italian Melt. The bun was burnt on the inside. As for the meats, they must have been put under a broiler and were crispy like chips!!! There was no cheese on it. My side was coleslaw and extremely dry. It was like shredded cabbage with a few shredded carrots and no dressing. Extremely disappointed, but did not want my friends to have to wait for me to send it back and get a decent sandwich. We liked our waitress as she was kind, but she mixed up our bills. I would NOT recommend this place for lunch. I just wish I thought of taking a picture.
I ordered a pepperoni pizza Super Bowl Sunday for dine-in at the Dubuque location. I Waited forty five minutes for an individual pizza that was so soggy it was completely limp. Server sent it back to be remade. Another came out twenty minutes later. Same issue but I was so hungry I tried to eat it. Outer crust was nearly inedible it was so tough. And the paper thin (hand tossed?) dough under all the toppings was, again, completely limp. Cheese broken and grainy.. and on and on. At least they didn’t try to get me to pay for it. I still had to leave and find somewhere else to eat. I cannot recommend based upon my experience. From what I’ve heard the location in Columbus Georgia is no better.
