Oki Bowl @ Georgetown

First time sitting on the patio! Lovely space; definitly use it if the weather permits!

My husband and I had lunch here today and it was surprisingly good! We loved the ambiance, the music, the servíce and of course the delicious ramen noodles that we had. I had the kimchi ramen and my husband the miso ramen and both were very good. Their agedashi tofu and dumplings were also good. Go visit and have a delicious treat there. You will not be disappointed.

אני מדרגת חמש לפי המנה שאכלתי אולי הדירוג הכללי נמוך יותר כי יש מנות פחות מוצלחות. נתחיל מזה שההזמנה מתבצעת כולה מהטלפון כשיושבים במסעדה ולא מול המלצריות (גם תשלום החשבון). אנחנו הזמנו ראמן-אפשר לבחור את המרכיבים וזה ממש ממשק נוח. איך שהגענו הביאו לנו מים קרים וכשנגמר מיד הביאו לנו בקבוק אחר שזה ממש מוערך. הראמן הגיע די מהר והיה פשוט מעולה! הציר מיסו היה עשיר וטעים בטירוף. האיטריות לא היו מושיות והיו לעיסות. בן זוגי לקח עם עוף מטוגן שהיה מדהים ואני לקחתי עם טופו שהיה קצת פחות טעים וחסר טעים אז הוצאתי אותו.

I've been sick for awhile and can't leave my apartment much, so got this as delivery. I got the Spider Tom Yum Ramen... it is fried soft shell crab ramen. On UberEats, it advertised as coming with hard boiled egg, but I was very pleased to find it was in fact a soft boiled egg. Came with the broth in a separate container so I could add it myself, not everywhere does that. Twas appreciated. The ingredients were nice overall, but it was incredibly fishy. I LOVE seafood, particularly crustaceans. It didn't taste like it was spoiled or anything, it just tasted so fishy, permeating the entire broth then the noodles, that it did throw me off. I wish there had been an option to opt for spicy level, as I would've chosen more spicy. I like spicy--this, as served, may be too much for people sensitive to heat in their food. For people who like spicy, they may want more. Ultimately no complaints though, you can't always force a chef to make something more spicy. I don't eat pork so it was nice to find a place serving ramen not dominated by pork! In fact, it was *the* reason I chose the place when trying to find ramen. Even though it was too fishy for me, it was a happy find and I will try more from them. I was floating on three stars but the fact they had non-tonkatsu ramen and the pricing was also comparatively very good bumps to four. But could be three. My friend and I ate here today for the 4th time. Joyce was wonderful. She serves us with a great smile and always checked on us if we were okay. She’s the best! 5 star for her. There was this new lady, I believe she’s my people (Asian) and she’s such a snob! I said thank you and my friend said thank you louder so she can hear it but she never gave even a smile. She heard it I’m sure. Poor service. Very poor. She shouldn’t be doing his job if she is not loving it. 1 star for you girl. Food is always DELICIOUS.

Quite good food, although each minimal topping is charged separately. Also the indoor decoration doesn’t seem to have connection with the brand. But overall, might come again.

I never had like this miso ramen anywhere.. I am fan of ramen, but not this place..

The place is nice, very hip but unfortunately they don’t have many vegetarian options
