I’ve been to several O’Kelly’s locations before and they’ve been excellent. Food is good and service is friendly. But my experience at this location was very disappointing. I came in with my family on 1/2/24 around 2:30 for a late lunch. My wife and I ordered value bag lunches which come with chips and a drink. I ordered two sandwiches (not value bag lunches) for my kids. Then I requested tap water for their drinks. While waiting for our order I discovered the girl had incorrectly rung up my kids sandwiches as value bag lunches. Rather than going through the hassle of correcting the charge I decided to just leave it as-is and get the chips and drinks for their orders. The girl gave us all tap water. When I went up to get the 4 chips and drinks we paid for as value bag lunches, the girl stopped me and asked why I was getting drinks. I said they came with the value bag lunches. She then informed me that my waters were my drinks. I challenged her and said she was effectively charging me for TAP WATER. She reiterated those were my drinks. I was shocked she would even suggest this. On what planet do restaurants charge for tap water? I’ve seen some charge for the cups(and that’s understandable), but never for water that comes from the tap. In short, the girl was completely unreasonable. If you visit O’Kelly’s, choose a different location!

I ordered a spiral ham for Christmas, it wasn't even done and it was the shank portion of the ham,I paid almost 54 dollars for it, I was so disappointed with it, you live and you learn, I had to go to food lion and buy me another ham I will never go back!!!!!!
