Visited this place with family (10) for lunch this noon. I visited this restaurant long ago and was one of the restaurants in favorite lists. We booked the table via dineout and went there around 12:30 and got the table. Variety of salad, starters, main course, and deserts was good. But the taste for several items in the main course and starters was not up to the mark. The paneer starter was bland, and the beet root tikki was hard. Gutti Vankaya Kura was sweet. Manchow soup was not tasty and very spicy. Biryani was good. Tamarind rice was ok. One more chinese/oriental rice would have been good. The major issue was overcrowding. I believe there was a huge group that booked almost half the restaurant, which caused a lot of backup and a surge in the crowd. Which created a noisy environment. A lot of other patrons who probably booked tables were waiting and were under frustration with a lot of arguments going around. Not serving starters and soup at the tables probably because of under staff created queue at the counter. No valet parking was available. Hope to have better experience in case we visit next time.
