Worst club ever visited in my entire life. They don’t inform about the rules about the dance floor first and then when you go inside after paying all the money they say you are not allowed on the dance floor i mean you should have first informed about this like i don’t know why is this happening. FRAUD CLUB

One the best places good food and drinks and good service from staff..

It’s an open restaurant.. ambience is superb..

Off the record should change their name to “The Thief”, because they are. They have tried to over charge me way too many times for it to be a honest mistake. Not just me, have noticed other customers also facing similar issues on multiple occasions. It cant be a coincidence !! Not to mention the attitude of the service staff turns hostile when confronted. Was there last evening, we were charged for things we dint order and charged for 2 portions instead of 1 for others. Ended up having to argue with the rude and disrespectful manager to get our point across. Overall one of many very unpleasant experiences at Off The Record. We kept going back for the dj who play bollywood on Saturdays but i think its safe to say we wont be making that mistake again. Place is an absolute scam under new ownership. PATRONS SHOULD CHECK THEIR BILL CAREFULLY BEFORE PAYING. Also they never seem to have stock of domestic alcohol and also try to push more expensive imported brands.

It wasn’t too great. We went during afternoon at around 3 PM, when they were closing for the day before reopening for the evening. But that didn’t justify the servers attitude towards us. They were indifferent and didn’t really care about what we wanted. But gradually they warmed up and it was a good experience later. The ambience was good, it was a little dark but I believe that was the theme only.. We could have only starters here, as no one was there in the restaurant expect us and we didn’t feel like sitting any longer. Overall it was a fine experience. Maybe I would go someday when the place is full or when there are people. That would give a better picture.

Dj is very sick. Plays all old songs and repeted songs.. not feel like coming to otr anymore. Dj disappointed us
