Oatcake Heaven

Door was open, two youths sat on the counter tops who said “we’re closed” but it said the establishment closes at 14:00? It was 12:05 when we tried to get our oatcakes. You’re telling me that with two members of staff there, you were unable to process a small order for us? Very disappointing. No wonder Newcastle is in its dilapidated state.

Constantly cancels orders on you on Uber eats but it still takes the money so you can’t order from anywhere else twice it’s happened now! Just go offline if you’re running out of things! I’m now left with no food until this evening

Total unsanitary.very dirty, the man who makes the food has some kind of skin disease. Food is not very good, no service. I do not recommend this place, there are a number of other similar places and much better

This place is brilliant, and the oatcakes are gorgeous. You should definitely try it! Highly recommended!

Just been here shocking service and the bacon not cooked. Would not go again or recommend. Nor been in since take over and its not very clean.

Claggy oatcakes, packed in plastic while hot.poor quality. Wont be visiting again.
