Oak Hill Park Cafe

Dirty. Softplay looks like it’s never been cleaned daughters socks was black. Bouncy castle is also filthy and ridiculous price for a short time. Rude staff.

They were callling for order numbers and aparently we didn't hear ours fast enough. So the person serving the food started cussing and swearing, dropping f bombs in front of all the kids. It is supposed to be a family friendly cafe but not with thugs like this serving! ----------- Editing my review to reapond to the cafes comments. I didnot have earphones but was looking at a crying child in the play area. The cafe has a play area and this is absolutely normal for a parent to do. As for CCTV, please do not lie. I would not have left this comment if he did not say the F-word at least twice. Shameful that you are not taking responsilibity for the horrible behaviour of your staff. I know what happened and will spread the word in my area so other parents know they should avoid you.

Service is very slow, they served half of my order and served the other half 20 minutes later

I love this park, it is beautiful for walks, a children's playground and little forest is amazing!

The kids loved the soft play so much

Quick pop in cafe pleasant staff bit noisy with the soft play area but it was ok

I had my daughter’s birthday there. Everything was exceptional, the food was good, the service incredible. The owners are lovely and very welcoming. I will deffo go back there.
