I really like this place! The owner is super nice, and really pleasant to talk to, and the coffee beans are great! I used to think it was silly to buy nice coffee, but I've completely changed my mind. It's delicious, and well-priced too. Plus he lets you sample things, and gives you information on what you're buying. Really great!

Henry runs a fantastic roasting class in a beautiful space. We covered everything from coffee origins and processing methods, to different aspects to consider when roasting. It was a masterclass! We even had a tasting comparing the flavor profiles of pour overs vs cold brews in bringing forward the flavors. It was an amazing experience - I'm sure I'll be back. Thank you!
