NY Pizza Department

Pizzas are great, staff is friendly and efficient, ambiance is decent.

So I ordered a small pizza and wings that cost $46. The pizza was super dry and tasteless. The wings were mediocre. I returned the pie and had them remake it with extra cheese so it would be so dry. Same thing, not sure if they were being purposely obtuse but yeah. Wouldn’t recommend this particular location. This chain is usually great but this spot is not so great. Maybe they just need to hire better pizza makers.

The restaurant called to advise the delivery would be 15 mins late due to weather and construction. I was fine with that. They didn't advise that my pizza would be undercooked. Especially when I requested well done. The toppings were all centered on the pizza and not spread out. And everything was cold because the pizza arrived an hour late. I'm incredibly disappointed ted and will not be ordering from here again.

I really should STOP reading these reviews because they will lead you astray. This pizza was mediocre for the pice paid. The presentation could’ve been better, I ordered the Quattro Formaggi and added spinach and chicken (which I usually do at various restaurants)…I barely saw any spinach and the chicken was thrown on top of the pizza and really flavorless. There’s better pizza places in the city if you’re looking for pizza

Seriously some of the best pizza around. Always my families favorite for family pizza night! Brooklyn Family Pizza is our favorite.

Found this hidden gem. My family's new favorite place. Food is delicious. Super friendly staff.

Food was good. Waiter appeared to be a bit new. Brought wrong pizza to table. Wasn't observing, had ask for drinks to refilled and food was brought out at different times.
