The food was amazing. And the service was great. Chrissy or Krissy was fantastic! She took really great care of us.

Pretty sure the waitress was tweaking…

Once we entered the restaurant there was no one there except the waitress(Krystal V.) and a man at the bar, already a bad sign when there are other restaurants lined out the door. But I thought okay let’s give it a chance. When we went to order drinks we asked for the pink lemonade and the waitress says they are out, so we asked for fruit punch to which she reply's they are out. Okay, that’s fine, It happens. We get our drinks and everyone has decided what they want to eat, this waitress comes back to get our order. Long story short, wait for it, they are out of Chicken Alfredo, tuna for the tuna sub, the kids Mac and cheese and the kids grilled cheese meals, the list goes on. At this point I’m ready to leave and go somewhere but because others in my party wanted to stay I said okay we’ll try something by that is available on the menu. Once we get our food it looks fine but my son says the pizza “isn’t good” the corn dog for my other son looks green and the meat in my Stromboli also looks green. While we are sitting there we get to hear about the waitresses life and struggles, how she had raised herself, that she is sharing with the man at the bar. I’m thinking that it must have been hard and unimaginable what she may have had went through and maybe that is why she seems super jumpy and hyper and this man must be a regular or someone trying to pursue the waitress. But the best part is when we get the bill and the tip is already added. On my bill it was $10 which was already higher than what was expected for one adult and two kids making my bill $60 but rather than argue I just pay and leave, as I know some places charge gratuity with the bill, that’s fine but don’t expect a second tip on top of what you already charged. Another member of our party paid her bill and when she got her change she did not get all her change back. Instead of arguing she let it go. Just some change right? She didn’t realize she was already billed gratuity so she left another tip. It is what it is and we leave. As we are walking down the sidewalk we get chased by the man at the bar who says to us “don’t y’all feel bad for not tipping her” I was in total shock that this person would chase us down the sidewalk to say this to us. The other member of our party responded to him and said “I left a tip” he then pays her on the shoulder and said “okay, thank you” as we walk away he starts yelling “you should be embarrassed”. This was the worst experience at a restaurant we have had in a very long time. It seems that staff professionalism and expectations are nonexistent to allow a boyfriend to set at the bar, probably getting freebies, and chase down customers. I would not recommend eating here and after seeing these reviews I wish I would have read them before agreeing to go.
