Nudo House Creve Coeur

Everyone working here was friendly and efficient. The service has gotten much better, but the food, specifically the texture of the noodles, has become worse.

I tried Nudo House today for lunch and enjoyed my dish a great deal. Now, for Asian food which is usually very reasonable, my food was definitely on the pricey side.I ordered the "Shoomed out with meat, extra eggs, rice noodles instead of Ramen and cilantro. My order was $25. It was a good size bowl. I would love to dine here at least 3 times out of the work week but it's just too expensive. Absolutely delicious but I think I'll go on Utube and learn how to make my dish at home for myself. Check them out.

Nudo House's Creve Coeur location is a great place for both Pho and Ramen enthusiasts! Opting for my favourite Vegan Curry Up Ramen, fried Japanese squash, other delightful ingredients like garlic, ginger, lemongrass and an enticing blend of spices in coconut milk. Being a vegetarian, I absolutely loved this Vegan option. The restaurant itself is small and cozy bordering on chaotic during peak hours, so it's not ideal for large groups, but this place food is well worth it. I will definitely visit again.

I definitely recommend if you're craving some good ramen. I keep forgetting the mans name, but he's super respectful and always helpful. The food and atmosphere is awesome. They've definitely earned my review and my money for always making their food with perfection. I always get the shroomed out ramen, with extra noodles and beef. I usually get that since a lot of ramen places or places that do serve ramen, they use pork broth. I also recommend their shrimp spring rolls! Very delicious and light, I could probably eat 20 of them. Other than that, thank you Nudo House for doing what you guys do best!

I usually come here for the Pho because it is close in proximity. I decided to try the Ramen because I never had it at this spot. Takeaways: The broth was good, had the milkiness you expect from a tonkotsu broth that’s been boiled long enough to bring out the goodness. I did add spice to it, so I don’t know how flavorful it is without it but the spice wasn’t too much and added just the right amount of flavor to it. I also added in bok choy, it was cooked properly. I was not a fan of the meat. At some other ramen spots the meat is much different, as if it’s freshly seared after its initial cooking process to bring it up a notch and the fat and meat are much more tender. This didn’t do that for me. The noodles were good. They weren’t overcooked. Overall, I’d return for another bowl but may opt to substitute the meat out for more veggies purely due to the fact I did not like the consistency or method of preparation.

I spent almost 50$ at this place I asked if I can exchange the spring roll to a egg roll . Mind you it’s my first time here. I’m use to spring rolls being fried not fresh I thought it was fried . She told me I can get a egg roll at 50% off instead of getting what I actually wanted!!! Also there’s no one that you can actually talk to if you need something you have to walk up to them costumer service is horrible! Update she gave me refund for one of the spring rolls. She told me they don’t do that refund food even if you haven’t eaten it or you don’t like they don’t give refunds. The energy was extremely nasty and uncomfortable to say the least. My daughter loves this place.

Nudo is a fantastic place to eat at. I got the classical nudo and crab rangoon which were both phenomenal. The service is remarkable as I got my food served to me in a very quick time. The only downside to nudo is the menu is quite pricey, but the food is delicious. Overall, I recommend nudo.
