N.O.W.

We haven’t been here in 15 yrs and sad to say I probably won’t go back. The food was average at best and the waiter delivered my appetizer of crab Rangoon to the table burnt with no cream cheese filling in it , no apologies just a , I can put in another order.. which we declined.

The crab fried rice and lemongrass sake were absolutely delish! Great lunch that hit the spot!

I love this noodle house. I have been coming here for years. My favorite dish is Kyoto Udon. The food is fresh and flavorful. The price is good and the service is usually excellent.

Bad and expensive Chinese food. DO NOT take into consideration with reviews over a year old. This place was the best Chinese in AC during the first 5-8 years when Borgata come to AC. It gradually decline and suddenly fall off the cliff. Now it's also inedible. Nowadays, I think the NOW chefs are neither Chinese nor experienced. The food tastes like it's been cooked by inexperienced Vietnamese or Mexican chefs -- just. The hot and source soup tastes like sewage water. The sar char beef noodles contains so little sar char flavor -- probably because the cost of sar char sauce has go up by 2-3 fold since the pandemic. On the other hand, YuYu @ HardRock has been going up and down in recent years but never at NOW's amateur level. If you want Chinese food that is 10x better than NOW, try YuYU @ HardRock and you won't regret it.

Have not been here a a few years. The restaurant is in the center of the casino and has a open kitchen where you can watch the chefs make the noodle bowls. Very nice seats and tables and you may sit with others as the tables are long. The service is very friendly and efficient. The menu has changed a bit. The noodle bowls are still on the with authentic dishes and ingredients. The non-noodle bowl dishes are there but some of my favorites are now gone. The appetizers were disappointing. We figured we would get the sampler to try them all. The presentation was lacking, as it was a pile of fried stuff on a big dish with some sauces on the side. Our main meals were good. The portions were large. The beef chow fun was fresh and delicious. The chicken lo mein was ok, just could of have some chicken in it!...only a few measley pieces. Maybe it was a bad night? Maybe because it was a Thursday? Hopefully if I go back it will be better.
