Nothing Bundt Cakes

I love nothing Bundt cakes but the troy location literally gave me half of a Bundt cake today. I’m so sad lol. Whoever was baking today 01/29, please check what you are putting into the boxes

Delicious cakes. The pumpkin spice and birthday(confetti) cakes are favorites. Prices high so I only enjoy every once in a while. Staff has been helpful but not always the fastest. I come to this store often. Maybe 4-5 times a year. Every single time I’m treated with disrespect and rudeness. Personnel here is extremely unprofessional and not welcoming. Which is very upsetting giving the nature of this festive place

Update 1/3/2024: To date I have yet to have this complaint resolved. I have not received any communication back form the care team. This auto reply is a scam to show as if they’re addressing their customers concerns. Update 5/20/2022: After receiving a reply from “The Care Team” I went to the site they suggested to submit additional details as requested. To date nothing has been resolved from my issue that I had with this location. Rating is based on customer service at Troy location. I received a BOGO coupon via email. When clicking on the coupon it took me to the NBC website. I placed an order for for 9 bundtlet cakes ($45) and completed the transaction. I realized that I neglected to use the coupon. On 3-26-22 between 12:30/1PM I picked my order and asked the employee if she could apply the coupon and explained the situation. The employee refused. For a free $5 Bundtlet cake coupon you have an unsatisfied customer.

I've had a taste for the lemon cake for about 3 months now. I'm really glad that this place is not close to me. When I tell you nothing bundt cake never fails to deliver. Always moist and fresh. I can go on and on but I won't let me. Just say I ate three slices of cake yesterday. Shaking my head after this I won't be eating anymore till mid next year. 2024 this is truly, a delicious dessert where you have to literally tell yourself that's enough you're not getting anymore I will recommend this place over and over again. I love that they're always consistent with the flavor and the freshness of their cake and even the icing always the same. Always good. Always keeps you coming back for more
