Nothing Bundt Cakes

My 1st visit to the Youree store. The cake was delicious, the lady was very friendly, but I buy nothing bundt cakes for the delicious sour cream frosting & the Shreveport store tasted more like a sugar frosting & not as much as the Bossier store, so I'll be using the Bossier store from now on, I'm sorry

Friendly staff with great service. We like the bundtinis assortment but everything is delicious. Be sure and sample the monthly special flavor and get your card stamped for a free dozen bundtinis.

Cakes are great

I always have a wonderful experience here. Every time I come in I am always greeted with a smile. The workers are always happy to see you which makes the experience so much better. I wish more places were this way. Also the cakes are so GOOD!!!!!

Man!!!! These cakes are good!!!! I had one at a birthday dinner right before Christmas; let's just say my family and I have been there about three times in less than three weeks. They are so moist and full of flavor.

I should have looked at the reviews.I live out of town. I tried to have a cake ordered for Mothers day. I called and specifically asked if I could order it the Thursday before and was told yes. I called on Thursday and was rudely told they were not accepting any more delivery orders.I decided to order two cakes for relatves for Christmas. The hold time on the phone was 20 minites. The employee was rude. The cakes were delivered and one was alright. The one that went to my mother was wrong. The drizzle was not the one I chose and the card said Merry Christmas from Faith. Which is not my name. So Faith if you are reading this I got your order. So yours is wrong too. The cakes are awesome but they are a recipe for a chain of stores.The customer service sucks and I will not make the same mistake with this location ever again.

The cakes themselves taste ok but the service has been horrible at the Shreveport store. I tried to give this business a second chance. Unfortunately they did not disappoint. Really need to fire the employees or provide some retraining on how to treat customers. Do not recommend this store, take your hard earned money to Butter Cups or BakeryLore’ on Airline Drive.

First time but i was shown all what they have and the lady was very nice. This is a must try when looking for a quick snack or a birthday cake. Delicious
