Nothing Bundt Cakes

I love this place. But Jamie was rude for no reason.

I have been to this location several times having pre-ordered cakes for special occasions or just popping in to grab a small one to go, and the customer service is top-notch. Everyone is so friendly and helpful and always has a smile on their face.

I have a slight addiction to the GF Bundt Cakes and come here too often. I’m always greeted when I walk in and helped in a timely manner. The employees are always very kind and I’ve never had an issue. Highly recommend!

Interesting model for take away where they have no utensils. I went in hoping to get some after school snacks for my daughter and her friend to eat on the drive home. I was told that they no longer offer utensils. That made it easy to unfortunately cancel the transaction.

Ordered 4 dozen Buntinis for my son's birthday party in person at the store on Monday, July 1st for a Saturday, July 6th pick up at 3:30 pm. When I arrived at the store, the employees at the store had no record of my order and didn't seem interested in looking for the order or helping me. J'Haila B, the employee who took my order on the 1st, acted like she didn't remember me, the order, or the fifteen minute in person conversation we had about creating the order. Only when I brought up my Chase Banking app, and showed the employees where the store had charged me for the order - did they offer to throw together whatever flavors they had on hand (instead of what I ordered) to fill the order. As a result, we were late getting to the birthday party for my son and arrived with the wrong flavors. I would definitely not recommend this store. At a minimum, I would have expected an apology when they didn't have my order ready as well as the order at a discount or free. It's too bad because this is not our first special occasion order from this store; however, after how I was treated by the staff and how this turned out, I won't be buying anything from them again.

I have purchased mini bundt cakes here several times. This last week I bought three of them. The carrot cake was dry and stale. Shocking, disappointing and definitely a departure from past quality.

Thank you for making us at Ulta feel very special on Easter! We all were just trying to make the best of the day and then we received 2 cakes from you guys!! Made our day!!!

Delivery arrived unsealed. If the bag is unsealed, the cakes should at least be sealed on both sides. Disappointed.

I go here everyone for my birthday and the quality never changes always good and I personally am not a person who enjoys any cake, but these cakes are just amazing so I highly recommend for a birthday or just because your craving something sweet

The building is nice and colorful. They also have a covering outside the door that helped me stay dry as I picked up the cake. The cakes are very well made, but the most delicious part is the icing. All flavors are good, but I prefer the vanilla or lemon. The workers always give great service and are very friendly with a smile on their faces.

I always have a great experience at this Nothing Bundt Cakes location. Arianna who is super sweet, kind, and welcoming assisted me yesterday and made some EXCELLENT suggestions. I am glad I listened to her. I LOVED the❤️Chocolate-Chocolate chip Bundtlet. Also couldn't resist buying the super cute Christmas Gnome❤️Highly recommend

Very rude employees! I walked in and was not greeted. I said hi three times and there was still no response. Three girls that at the front and didn’t asked me what I wanted eventually said I wanted three vanilla bundtlets . The girl only rang me up for one so I said, I’m sorry can I please get three. I told her I didn’t want my change and asked if they take tips. I did not receive a response, I just walked out.
