Nothing Bundt Cakes

Let me say 1st, family and I love Nothing Bundt Cake. Last time I was in, the lady at the counter said I do not have to pre order a carrot cake, because they have them ready to go at all time. I went to pick up a carrot cake for my wife's birthday and they did not have any. I was heading to church and and then going home to cook the food and don't have time to stop again. With the economy the way it is, I will not be buying anything from Nothing Bundt Cake again. Staff needs to be educated with their service. Thank you for listening.

The cakes are great. The employees are always so rude. Even the manager. It’s insane bc it’s a very easy job. Not sure why the service is so terrible. But I can say since Feb to date bad customer service.

Amazing Bundt cakes and excellent service. I ordered ahead and they had everything ready when I arrived. The cakes were so delicious. This is our favorite place to get birthday treats!

All of you are the sweetest people I’ve ever met! Pun intended! We live in Arizona and my son lives in Amarillo with his dad and step mom. Last minute we decided to order a cake and have it delivered! Unfortunately there was a mistake on our end and no one ended up being home when it was delivered! At first I was heartbroken because it was my sons 16 th birthday and he didn’t get his cake. BUT I got a called from the store manager and she was so freaking nice, she offered to drive after hours to deliver his cake! I told her no worries because I didn’t want her out driving at night by herself! So the next day, my sons step mother picked up the cake and they threw in some cupcakes too!! You really didn’t have to do that because of our fault in the delivery. You guys rock and if I lived closer, I would buy cakes from you all the time!!! You made my sons birthday so special!!! The cakes at this place are the best! While there are many flavors to choose from, you can't beat the lemon. Trust me...it is great! The staff here is easy to work with and they can do large orders for events. Try them!

Thank God they are not close to where I live. There cakes are so good!! I have to use a lot of willpower to not go there more frequently!!

I visited this location on Saturday and the young lady who is running the register was so kind and helpful. She's a shining example of stellar customer service. And the cakes never disappoint!

I would give 5 stars if they had later hours anytime i want one THEYRE ALWAYS CLOSED WHY DO YALL CLOSE SOOOOOOOO EARLYYYY. Other than the hours. I love you

NBC has the best cakes in Amarillo. We use them for most birthdays, the occasional bad day, and when we just want some cake.

The request is red velvet cake with chocolate chip. You are a red cake with no flavor or taste. Do I pay a hefty price for an order like this?! It's like a cake from any grocery store shelf. Doesn’t really taste like a Bundt cake and it’s way over priced. We tried three different flavors and none were really that great. The staff was friendly and the store looks nice but the quality of the cake is really not that much better than what you would buy at a grocery store bakery except that it cost twice as much.
