Great food, great friendly service will defo go back

Called for lunch on a wet Wednesday. Lovely and polite lady served us. Good menu we had tacos, burritos and chilli Natchos. Good came quickly and was really tasty. Highly recommend

This is a great place for drinks unfortunately I haven't tried the the food as of yet, but the burgers look amazing

So, apparently I am invisible to the bar staff at this place. Waited at the bar for a good long time the other night with not one of them even acknowledging my existence. Everyone was /studiously/ looking down. One young kid stood directly in front of me, slicing limes as painstakingly and slowly as if it were brain surgery, while another spent 15 minutes filling up one blender. Another barmaid only served people at one corner of the bar, so I guess it was my fault for not standing at the correct corner? Maybe I stood in the exact spot that had a freak invisibility force field around it, who knows. I wanted to like it here, but no one wanted my money, so we left and had a fun night at some other bars. :)

The Sunday roast burger is one of the best things I've ever eaten and I highly recommend adding the loaded tots on the side if you have the stomach for it! All parts of the burger were superb. Tasty chicken and delicious thick beef patties. The mini pigs in blankets were lush aswell. I've been meaning to come back here after a fantastic previous visit a couple of years ago and I'm delighted I finally managed to make the trip. Once again the staff were top notch and the food was excellent as well as great value! I've also just been back for their Festive specials and highly recommend them too. Incredible! Next visit: Hit the spot as always! Despite being a big fan of pulled pork in a burger it's taken until my 5th visit to have Northern Crafthouses offering. As on all my previous experiences, it was delicious! The staff tried to deprive me of my burger fix (unintentionally!). They misheard my order and only brought my Buttermilk Chicken and tater tots. They soon wheeled out the burger so it wasn't an issue at all. This did mean I didn't get the pickles asked to be added in though because that's what prompted them to realise I actually ordered a burger. The burger patty aren't great quality meat (not a bad thing) but were cooked nicely and were really chunky. Really tasty pulled pork and cheese sauce. The slider on top didn't add much and is just a gimmick really. The fried chicken also went down a treat too. Lovely seasoning and nice crisp coating. Although I'd have preferred smaller strips instead of 2 big pieces. The staff are always a joy and it remains my favourite place around the Manchester area for burgers. I was a little disappointed to hear they've stopped their Sunday Dinner menu because that roast burger was superb!
