NORMS Restaurant

Waited for around 35 minutes for an order of a porterhouse, burger, and pasta alfredo at 9pm on a weeknight, with around 4 seated tables. Steak hasn't been good lately and, I still do eat from this place but this may be the last time as the steak would not be cooked how I like it.

It’s a really bad place to come and eat if you’re in a hurry and so hungry. The service takes so long to sit the costumers. The manager doesn’t help to provide a faster and better service. Bad experience

Omg the server she was super. So professional & friendly. The manager was also very hands on helping everyone, cleaning tables, asking if anyone needed anything. They were short we can tell but they were doing their best. The food delicious.I will keep coming back to this norms always in covina.Love it

Muy mal servicio los empleados platicando y una gran cola de gente y la espera de las mesas eran de 15 a 20 minutos y todas las mesas vacías muy mal servicio y muy groseros los trabajadores si pudiera darle un cero se lo diera

The wait was a bit long. I noticed there were a lot of empty tables but people were still waiting a while. The food was ok. The meat was a bit undercooked from the middle part near the bone. I guess it is because of how thick it was. It would be nicer if the meat was a bit less thicker that way it can be well cooked. It was ok.
