Ive ate here consistently for over a year now. 30% of the time my noodles on any givin dish are WAY overcooked, almost like it’s back to being dough. Pretty disappointing getting off work and having no dinner to eat…

Disappointing to say the least. They do not deserve any stars but I will give them 1 for at least trying. I have been to noodles in the past and was typically a good experience. We ordered take out and had to go back for extra sauce, but all they did was add little bit of cheese and warmrd it up again. I can make better at home. If you want to keep customers happy serve a better quality product, especially at the at these prices.

My eat street order did not go through.....then food was greasy and missing correct sauce. Eggs wsilverware? Today 8/6/24 dine in $26 for 2 noodle bowls and eating with all plastic! What happened to the bowls and siverware?

Paid over $12 for this and questioned if something was missing. Staff told me that's what I ordered.

Prices are way too high for just noodles.

Fast service and good food, exactly how I ordered it!

I ordered through EatStreet for a delivery to my office. When the food came there was short black hair in the pasta. I threw it away and called the restaurant. They told me I could come get a replacement. I explained that wasn't an option since I was at work, which is why I ordered delivery. They were not helpful or apologetic at all about the lack of cleanliness at their store.

Extreme disappointment! We haven’t been to Janesville and Noodles for quite a while and thought we would stop in for a quick bite to eat. The food was bad and poorly prepared. The food was served in what looked like TV dinner trays with plastic utensils! I had the buffalo chicken mac & cheese, and my bowl was filled halfway with some kind of cheese sauce that tasted horrible! I’m not sure I even got the gluten-free noodles that I ordered.🤨 The restaurant was filthy and needs a good scrub down. The last rice crispy left at the front cash register looked like it had been manhandled all day. When I asked for a fresh one, it was a big deal that needed corporate approval to get a fresh one. I very rarely will write a review, but for the money go to Chick-Fil-a instead!!

I ordered the buttered noodles and the noodles look and taste disgusting like they were cooked yesterday, I love coming here but the last couple of times I have ordered the food has been horrible 😩😭

Love the atmosphere and the employees were great. My sons ate SO MUCH spaghetti ! Thank you, we will be back
