Noodles and Company

Place looks run down. I wanted to eat indoors at a restaurant and they delivered my food in to-go containers in a bag! Get out of the covid days, some people want to move on!

i ordered the buffalo mac and cheese and the cashier(very rudely) read my order back to me and said mac and cheese with parm chicken, i corrected them that i wanted the buffalo and they told me that it was the same thing and it definitely is not, they gave me parm and not buffalo… and there were no kids for medium cups and the whole experience was very upsetting(the food tastes fine im just very disappointed ☹️)

Totally addicted to there parmesan encrusted chicken alfredo.

Always have loved this place. For the most part I've almost always received great customer service here, good food, HOT food, and if anything ever did go wrong it was QUICKLY handled and always with a smile and an apology. Genuine. And that's the way it should be everywhere, always! The managers are trained properly and portray to their employees good customer service and the employees are therefore equally as good. I always notice the comradeship between the employees while I'm there. They have fun. They smile. They laugh. They all seem to genuinely like each other and they all seem to get along with the boss as well. So that tells me that Noodles and Company is definitely doing something right! Keep up the good work people! Your doing a great job and there are people out here that notice. Been coming here since they opened their doors. And I'll keep coming back as long as things are the way they are now. LOVE LOVE LOVE Noodles!

Very slow. Floor was dirty. Got shrimp in my tofu pad thai

They massively prioritize to-go orders. There were people waiting for their food, including us, for almost 40 minutes. People coming in and placing takeout orders were out the door in 10. Don't go here if you want to dine in!

Let me start with saying our meals were delicious. It was busy and that was reflected in the time it took to get our food. The service was alright and satisfactory due to circumstances but improvements could be made. The flow of the restaurant makes it difficult for dine in customers when you must menuver the take out/online order lines in order to get drinks or ask for lids/bags.

I’m posting a review because of the staff. The food was great, as always, but it was the staff that were outstanding! Each one of those girls tonight were above and beyond fantastic!

Oksana is such a sweetheart! She makes the environment very welcoming ! Will come back!
