Noble Cider & Mead Downtown

Welcome to our 'Downtown Taproom', where you can sample award-winning ciders, choosing from up to fourteen ciders and meads on tap as part of a flight, or in a glass. We even have a great selection of craft beers! ​ Noble's Village Tart and Spice Merchant Cider were recently voted 'Best Ciders' in WNC by the readers of The Citizen Times. Come and try some of our new CASUAL EATS! We are excited to announce, an exciting new partnership with local company Red Fiddle Vittles. What will compliment our cider better than a tasty Local Mushroom Confit? Or maybe a Smoked Trout Mousse or even a Salted Caramel Custard? We hope we have something tasty for everyone to enjoy including delicious Vegetarian, Vegan and Gluten Friendly offerings.
