Ninza Sushi East

Now my favorite sushi restaurant! Very good food. Great presentation. Our server Caitlin was phenomenal!! Was beyond pleased with our trip.

Service was good, Takoyaki was the best I've ever had, and the rest of the sushi was okay. The flaming spicy salmon roll was pretty neat, as well.

I just turned 21 yesterday and i had a not so good day and i was super bummed out but today, at ninza, everyone was so nice and i felt welcomed and it just made me feel better about my birthday. The sweetest cat bot named bella if i remember correctly, even sang me happy birthday. My new favorite sushi place

After ordered the delivery and the time was over two hours. I immediately cancelled (30 seconds tops). Then it said the restaurant was making my food in an e-mail three minutes later. The charge email was sent within three minutes of my order. Waited 3.5 hours and asked where my food was from Uber. Uber said that I wasn’t getting food, just a charge. I saved the email that stated my food had been started. So let me still eat something if I’m locked into it. But when they messaged, they only said that Ninza accepted my order, not that I had any chance at food. Uber said that it would be fair to Ninza. $62.89 for pushing a button? Never got my food. No one answered at Ninza when I called to check on it.. Got charged. Both this place and Uber took no blame. Had to order pizza since Uber would not let me reverse a cancel. Two hours to get to me but you are committing to make it so I have to pay you? Business should not partner with companies that are not in the best interest of retaining customers.

Hot night roll with extra eel sauce was delicious also had California roll and that was delicious as well. The spicy tuna and shrimp tempura are a nice combination in the hot night roll
