Ninja Ramen (Hillsboro)

Food was great and came out fast once we ordered. Problem was the server took forever to come out and take our order and never came to check on us. I had to go up to get multiple time’s for various things and she was playing on her phone every time. Even jumped when she saw me. We weren’t the only ones, table next to us was also complaining about it.

Ordered through Uber eats and the food looked good but unfortunately the Tonkatsu ramen broth really had no flavor to it at all.

I ordered delivery, but they delivered only 5 minutes away so I was able to get it while it was still warm and fresh. I ordered the spicy miso ramen. The noodles are pleasantly chewy and thick(my favorite), and they gave all the toppings I requested with no issue. The miso broth was unfortunately a little bit bland, but just a bit of soy sauce and it tasted really good. And the chashu that came in it was a good piece. My personal favorite ramen place is Ramen Ryoma but I'm often not able to get it delivered where I am, and I think this will be my go-to in Hillsboro.

The sesame broth in the veggie ramen is very tasty and unique. The deep fried tofu was saturated with oil, rather unappetizing. The noodles were average. The service was super fast.

The atmosphere was very cozy, we had a friendly server, the food was nice n warm and tasted deliciously impeccable! So tender and full of umami flavor! Will definitely love to come back again!

You can definitely feel the oil in the air in this place, but this place makes a fantastic pork cutlet and their ramen is on point. Even my kid couldn't stop stuffing their face.

By far the best Ramen I’ve ever had! The pork tonkotsu broth is rich and delicious and if you ask them to add a little extra crisp to the chashu pork, they totally will. Oh and you definitely want the soft boiled egg! It’s delicious. This place is family owned and the they are lovely!
