Been meaning to try this place for a while. I heard the place was old, but I was surprised at how dark and dingy it was. The veggie tempura was the best thing I ate and would totally recommend it. The rest of my dinner was a miss. The teriyaki steak was extremely fatty and chewy. I wanted to like this place, but I just didn't.
Celebrated my Brithday here and everything was perfect and delicious.
Hidden gem. Traditional Sushi. Call for reservation or get there as soon as they open. I enjoyed everything I had .
This place is very authentic. It reminds me of home cooked food in Japan. You won’t find specialty rolls or fusion as you find in most Japanese restaurants. For the real Japanese experience, try this place.
The service is good but they seemed to not be happy when you don't book a reservation so plan in advance. If you get past that you're treated to some really good service and food. Parking: If you don't see parking behind the restaurant there's neighborhood parking.
Absolutely one of my favorite places to go when I’m in SA. The owner is an amazing guy and I love his charm. The food is also great! I can’t recommend this place enough! 6 stars!
