New Ruby Chinese Takeaway

Chicken was not cooked, it was pink in the middle , didn’t eat any of it it went straight in bin, I’m so glad I cut a bit chicken in half before eating any. Won’t be going back not impressed

Placed order for 6 pm and didn't arrive till 6.40 , ordered chicken curry with chips but was sent chicken curry and boiled rice .

The food is amazing but when you ask for large version of what you’re wanting and there was a mistake from myself and the restaurant about the order they said they would send another out in 15 minutes wait over 15 minutes they don’t show up.

So my first time here. Staying local, felt like having chineese takeaway. So the staff member was plesant and the waiting space was clean, well lit, modern and comfortable. So the food! I order chicken and sweetcorn soup. Which was nice. Then i ordered sweet and sour chicken balls and also ham fried rice. So the rice it tastes very greasy looks like it was cooked in week old recycled oil, the texture of the rice and meat was moshy at best and the taste well its hard to describe it was almost of nothing except for the reused oil taste! I only ate 3 spoonfulls! The chicken balls were ok though the biggest issue with that was that by the time i got back to where i was staying and opened the bag.....no sweet and sour sauce! Improvements are needed.

Go in regularly. Always get great food well prepared and amazing choice. Service is excellent and very friendly. Good value for money.

Food has always been excellent.

Amazing food with amazing service. Slightly cheaper if you walk in rather than order on line. It gets very busy but they will tell you when you order how long the wait will be and this is always accurate.
