New Master Chef

Went on their website, placed an order. Waited 2 hours. No calls going through. Says open on the website. Drove 2 miles there to find shutters down. They stole my money.

Ordered food on the website waited for an hour for my order gave them a call but no answer so drove over to collect my food and found te shutters down ..The website said it was open till 10.30 also taken my money. 24/2/24.

The worst Chinese I have ever had in my life! I ordered through Uber eats. It took forever to come, and when it arrived, it looked sad and tasted real bad. I don't recommend it to anyone.

Ordered using their online website. Said latest delivery and that time went. Called and they said the driver had already left. 15 minutes later no order and we are only 2 mins away. When it did arrive 20 minutes late and only just warm... Well over an hour on a Tuesday... Missed one dish and the duck had no sauce or cucumber etc. Really poor communication when calling up, will no be going back.

Customers beware!!! On collection of food order I was financially overcharged (Ripped off) by the front staff compared to prices on their new up to date menu in the shop!!! Very poor Chinese food, and miserable unfriendly service! Absolutely will not return!

Ordered over the phone and the customer service was fine. When I came home with the food… I wasn’t happy. The squid was so hard and the batter was so greasy and soggy. I couldn’t even it. Then the beef with black bean sauce which I normally enjoy and order was so chewy and tasteless. I wasn’t impressed tonight and after a long week I had to order something else. Disappointed tonight with my order.

Horrendous!!! Honestly really poor if honest. Cold food. Crackers stale and bones found in chicken curry. People - it’s nearly 2024 ffs! How do you get this so wrong in this day and age.

Wrong items sent. Awful tasting food. More veg than anything. Items fried in oil all had a sour taste. Very very poor quality matching the quantity.

Best special fried rice iv ever tasted Ordered fried rice and chicken sweetcorn soup both have loads of chicken and rice is full of prawns and rice and vegetables Il definitely order again Nice people too
