New hyderabad biryani

Worst experience. Service is 0%.they mainly rely on online orders with the hotel name resembling to a popular brand.the utensils used are of no quality.they charge at quality prices but see the plates used.each one got a different colour and design.also for soup they gave normal spoon.also the soup was like water poured in gravy.for each and everything we have to call the waiter.he doesnt even care.we placed order ans waited for 20 mins and then they noticed the order was not sent inside.when we asked for tissue they gave the full tissue bundle just like that.taste is very very average. No wonder this area people dont come here for dining.
