In the past I’ve had good experience. A recent order of beef jerky contained moldy pieces. I took pictures and sent them to the email address on their product. No response. I sent the defective product back to them with a note. No response. UPDATE: I eventually responded to one of their marketing emails asking them to stop sending me promotions until they resolved the issues I had had.Someone answered there, asked for more details and eventually issued a refund. So their customer service (once I connected) was helpful. I still have no idea why no one received the email I sent to the email address that is on their package.
RESTAURANT IS CLOSED!! We went 1hr out of our way to go to this rest. When we got there it was closed. Even Google Maps implied it was open. VERY disappointing.
This location Closed but no signs communicating this. So annoying. Just wasted a lunch break driving here
Sad to say that on August 7th after 75 years they will be closing for good at this location.
Dryest sandwiches I’ve ever had in my life took 20 minutes to get the order completed. I’m glad they are going out of business
