Today ends my 7-year loyalty to Yuba City Netvapes. The kids who work there have no understanding of how customer service works. Snark isn’t as cool as they think it is. I will NEVER set foot in that store again. My last 2 visits convinced me of that. I will continue to order my favorite e-juice from the company but nothing else. I’ve spent thousands of dollars with Newscapes, Yuba City. No more.
