Bon service, et bonne présentation des produits de la part de vendeur,

Manager was really fast and helpful to resolve my machine issue.

It was an uncomfortable situation. I got a machine as a gift for Christmas and was prepared to spend money $$ at this store. There was no interest in selling me the store products. Instead, I was sold a carafe that did not fit my machine. Then upon leaving the store, a family member coming out of the store across from Nespresso caught the staff member laughing and commenting. Needless to say, I returned the carafe and got a better and a more exciting experience at the Nespresso store in Fairview just a few days later. If you are interested in enjoying Nespresso, this is not the store for you!

Stood in your store 4 people behind cash and not one person offered to help. Shame I was going to buy a machine and tons of coffee. New store and unfortunately horrible service.

December 6th 2023 why can’t we pay cash? This is very inconvenient, left the store without coffee. Oh and staff was very rude when I mentioned I was paying cash, giving attitude like I should have know and it’s not announced anywhere in store. And just turned around and started talking with other employees.
