Some staff members in this store are snobby and impolite. While some are nice and friendly. There needs to be more managers on the sales floor to monitor performance and attitudes. I once had a salesman (white male, short, with a beard) who was borderline racist to me as an indigenous person, while another experience with someone who’s actually friendly. So that’ll be 2 out of 5. It’s really inconsistent and it depends on who you’ll meet and if they’re having a good day or not. That’s not acceptable.

I’ve been to the Nespresso store in Metrotown multiple times, I’ve reached a point where visiting this store feels more like subjecting myself to a snobby experience rather than buying coffee. My recent visit on March 22nd, 2024 only served to reinforce this sentiment as it mirrored the consistently disappointing encounters I’ve had in the past. The customer service I’ve had from this store has always been terrible, the condescending attitude from the staff is not only off-putting but downright disrespectful to customers who expect a basic level of assistance. My attempts to seek guidance on their products were met with nothing but unhelpfulness and bad attitude. Rather than offering recommendations, the staff seemed intent on making me feel ignorant for daring to ask questions. It’s a shame that a brand supposedly built on care and quality is being represented by representatives who embody such arrogance and indifference. Save your time and money and explore alternative coffee options that value your patronage!!

Went to this location today what bad service ! Right when you walked in it seemed like the associate had a chip on her shoulder. I wanted to order a limited flavoured coffee and she said that I wasn’t a chosen member to purchase this coffee. She asked for my phone number I provided it It does show on my app that I can purchase it before it opens to the public and she said it had to be connected to the phone number, this is to BUY coffee ! So I clarified if I buy it through my app right now and set it to pick up in store than I can get it, her response was a eye roll I decided to walk out as I’m not gonna engage into that behavior. I went to a different location which is actually closer to home shout out to Willowbrook Mall always great customer service !!! no problem purchasing the coffee as I showed it on my app and provided my phone number.

The guy with glasses and tattoo deserves more then 5 star the way he explained us machines and coffee it makes our purchase really easy .

Wow excellent customer service provided by the team here at this store. Michael and Santiago took very good care of me with some issues I had with my machine but I have to mention Wendy who was so caring making sure my Nespresso experience was outstanding. She was very patient with me and I so appreciated her expert knowledge, her kindness and taking the time to explain everything to me.

Customer Service is just HORRIBLE. My girlfriend was interested in purchasing the machine but the representative was just not wanting to give any information. What a waste of time. Crazy how this company is going down in quality.

i don't wanna waste my time on reviewing some stupid services, but this purchase made me so upset that when i looked at the coffee machine, it reminds me of how terrible the staff responded to my request of help, with no smile, no patient, the way they avoiding eye contact with me, the long face of longing to be off duty, and I still have to pay my money with this kind of service because I need the machine right away! it just disgusts me! If this is how this company going to offer service, then you know you won't last long, there are so many great brands out there, why would i come back?? And im not new, I already have one machine at home, this is my second purchase but I'm just DISAPPOINTED.
