Bought a machine from this boutique 2 weeks ago, but the Vertuo Next was a slight pain to use. So we returned to the store to get a different unit and even paid more money for the difference. The big turn off was the Asian lady (like myself) who we bought it from originally was not happy. My husband and I clearly felt awkward and made it feel like we are inconvenience for her based on her customer service. She even made a comment when she hand the new machine to us that “ Here you go, I hope you don’t return this one”. Not that the comment was bad, it’s the way she expressed it and her body language. It’s very uncomfortable whe. You are willing to spend more money and even bought an extra item but the customer service is not good. I’ll stick to buying online instead of visiting this location. P.S - There is another lady. She’s brown lady with blonde hair, she is nice. She initially helped us when we first came in for the swap. Unfortunately, she couldn’t process it so she gave the transaction back to the original lady we bought it from. It would have been a different story. Thank you for good customer service.

Love Nespresso machines and coffees. This review is solely on the “Seasonal Spice” coffee. Don’t buy these! They taste like cheap Poo-Porrie! They have artificial ingredients- everything anti Nespresso style. Darn it Nespresso, stay classy!!! This Seasonal Spice is the worst coffee ever!
I have to give a shout out to Audrey she helped us out today. She is very knowledgeable and helped us figure out which machine would be best for us. She gave great recommendations based on how we consume coffee day to day and how many people would be using it. Her customer service skills were top tier so if you head to this store make sure she’s the one to help you out, you won’t be disappointed!!
I would rather shop online than endure whatever this is. Staff didn’t say anything to me except that I was standing in the wrong place for service. So I moved and got skipped 2 or 3 times. That’s when another staffer told me if I wanted service i needed to stand somewhere else (which was where I was originally standing). No one was apologetic or even nice. It was awkward and I disliked everything about it. I was actually looking forward to checking this place out but was absolutely let down by everything about it. Will do my shopping online now and just pay for the shipping.
Helpful staff. All variables are there and at a lower cost tha the grocery stores
I have a complaint about Nespresso. They don't give out the free sleeves anymore when you spend a hundred or more. Also the coffee does not taste like high quality coffee and it's like drinking water down coffee it is such weak sauce I cannot believe it. This coffee is expensive they could at least give us good coffee. I am done buying coffee here I will figure out something else.
