Our juices were perfect today and it is always good to see Sydney’s smiling face! The group in there today was awesome!
Rudest service ever experienced. The “manager” either needs customer service training or a new profession. She should not be allowed to interact with customers until she learns to be kind and courteous to people.
When it’s made right it’s delicious, but quality and accuracy vary greatly among employees here, and for spending this much and tipping you would think they would all take the time to make it delicious and right- flavor, ingredients, and consistency vary greatly each time - plus most employees seem rude or upset always -got the new smoothie yesterday was amazing - got it today - totally different and not great at all-
Compared to other locations, the customer service could’ve been better. No greeting once we entered. I ordered the chia berry parfait, it was good. Service was fast.
The bowls are delicious and the service is usually accurate and fast. My biggest complaint is the pricing. I feel like every time I order prices increase. Y’all recently “revamped” some of the bowls and I honestly think it’s just a marketing gimmick to upcharge the customer. Fortunately I still have some gift card balance from the holidays left, but once that runs out, I probably won’t be back.
Best acai bowls for the price - chocolate bowl with pea protein (for a more sweet and chocolate taste) or my favorite is the acai superfood bowl
It seems that food handlers in Plano don't understand how gloves work! The person at the front was very approachable and sweet. And my bowls have always been decent here, however..... the girl making the bowls had on gloves, as she should; but while waiting for the people in front of me to complete their order, she played on her phone, played in her hair, scratched her knee, etc... and then started making their order, all without putting on a new pair of gloves! Gloves defeat the purpose if you touch everything in sight with them on!
