Very slow service unfortunately. Paid for a large juice but got the contents of a medium juice with 35% of it being foam.

this place is trash, nothing but kids behind the counter that are to busy flirting with each other. you have to wait until they are done talking to each other for them to acknowledge the customer. my order was wrong i ordered online got there 10 min after it said it would be ready only to have to wait 15+ min.. again because they were to busy chatting away….

I ordered at 9:15am on 7/30/2024 the greenie. The young lady was very rude tone of voice. She didn’t look like she wanted to be working. She asked for a name. I told her clearly that I did not want to give a name. She asked again with a ruder tone in her voice. She also only said bye/have a good day to all the customers except the African American ones. Her attitude is all wrong and I consider this discrimination. She said her name is Cynthia. I highly recommend the manager do something about this as I do plan on contacting corporate regarding this matter.

This place is a great choice for delicious, high-quality smoothies with a diverse menu that caters to all tastes. However, there’s room for improvement in their service. During busy times, staff can appear a bit overwhelmed, leading to longer wait times. Streamlining the ordering process and boosting customer engagement could enhance the overall experience. Overall, Nektar delivers great smoothies and with a few tweaks to their service, they could be a top-tier spot.

Stood at the counter for 10 minutes waiting to order. There were no other customers in line. Both employees behind the counter didn’t greet me or say “it will be a couple of minutes” or “I’ll be with you in a bit”. They just straight up ignored me. After a while I left without ordering. They also offer free food and add ons for 5 star google and yelp reviews which is against google’s policy and is probably the only reason they don’t have a 2 star average rating. I ended up going to the pizza place next door and it was great!

The worker Nayeli is so rude. she yelled at me across the counter what else i wanted. and not only that but she had a horrible attitude. Hair looked a mess on top of that.
