Neighbour Shawarma

The grand opening of this location was absolutely unorganized. They informed us at 6:00pm after waiting half an hour in line, that the wait would be 1 to 1.5 hours. We didn't get our order until 9pm. That is over three hours. There was not enough staff and the man at cash left his shift while we were waiting. Should have been more prepared and frankly it was unprofessional. If you want to make a good impression, be honest and transparent with your customers while delivering timely service. Shawarma itself was good in taste but absolutely not worth 3 hours.

I walked in and walked right out after seeing how the lady owner was treating a customer who was raising his concern politely. Don’t think I’ll visit the upper centennial location again. Will however continue to go to the upper Ottawa location which is run by a nicer owner.

On the date of the Grand Opening, I went there with my mom around 11:30am and our receipt number was 69. It seems like they did have a very good business, nearly 2 orders per minute!! By my observation, The owner and staff are working so hard and non-stop to fulfill all the orders, over 20 people are waiting inside the restaurant; some customers are standing outside. We bought two Shawarma Wraps and a Shawarma Rice, they are delicious; I really appreciated the high quality Shawarma Wrap for only $5 each. Thank you!

Very bad, we drove all the way to this location from mississauga and they had posted on door that they are not taking oders any more. There was too much rush and full jam pack at 7:22pm. There should be a better way to manage people, if you cannot handle them don't advertis 5$ deals and waste people's time. Its better to stay at home and not visit them.

100 stars for the girls making the food. Truly the hardest workers. 0 stars for the guy at the cash lying to people.

Today I had my first chicken shawarma from here. It was absolutely amazing. 10/10

Amazing new place just opened

Placed our order, was told 25 minute wait, came back, someone saying one hour wait. we come back hour later, order still hasn’t been finished. won’t be coming back here. at least be transparent with customers on how long they will be waiting or stop taking orders until you’re able to catch up. Ridiculous!
