As a third-generation chef, Ross Eirich shares a rich history and love of exceptional cuisine, following in the footsteps of his great grandfather and grandfather, both restaurateurs. Chef Eirich, a graduate in Culinary Arts started at Drago’s but has also worked in some of the most famous kitchens in New Orleans like Galatoire's.
